These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the rbaajee platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

rbaajee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice beyond publication of the updated terms on this page. The date displayed in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this page reflects when the current version of the Terms & Conditions came into force. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the rbaajee platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and, in the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and rba ajee with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the rbaajee platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold a registered rbaajee account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. rbaajee does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the rbaajee platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise, syndicate, or third party.
- You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling or sports betting activities.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your rbaajee account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
rbaajee operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All registered players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits at any point during their account lifetime. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by rbaajee may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary account restriction.
rbaajee employs automated and manual age verification procedures. If rbaajee has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held will be withheld pending verification. If the player is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned via the original payment method after deduction of any costs incurred.
Account Registration
To access the full range of rbaajee's games, betting markets, and services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions. During the registration process, you will be required to provide a valid mobile number, a unique username, a secure password, and your date of birth. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the rbaajee platform. If rbaajee identifies that a single individual holds more than one account — whether through the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — rbaajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice and to retain any funds held in those accounts as compensation for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your rbaajee account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. rbaajee strongly recommends that you:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your rbaajee account.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing rbaajee from a shared or public device.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
- Contact rbaajee support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
rbaajee will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as having been conducted by you, unless you have notified rbaajee of an unauthorised access event prior to the activity taking place.
Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information held on your rbaajee account remains accurate and current at all times. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly via the account settings section of the rbaajee platform or by contacting customer support.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
rbaajee accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. Deposits are credited to your rbaajee account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. rbaajee does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If rbaajee identifies that a deposit has been made from a third-party payment source, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
rbaajee does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their standard fee schedules. rbaajee has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the rbaajee account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
rbaajee aims to process all withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within approximately 15 minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take up to three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
rbaajee reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is successfully concluded. rbaajee will not be liable for delays attributable to incomplete or pending KYC documentation.
Any active bonus funds or amounts subject to an active wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering conditions have been fully satisfied in accordance with the Bonuses & Promotions section of these Terms & Conditions.
Bonuses & Promotions
rbaajee offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
User Obligations
As a registered user of the rbaajee platform, you agree to at all times conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and in a manner consistent with fair, lawful, and responsible use of the platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you specifically agree that you will not:
- Use the rbaajee platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the rbaajee platform, its servers, databases, or associated systems.
- Use any software, bot, script, macro, crawler, or automated tool of any kind to interact with the rbaajee platform without the express written consent of rbaajee.
- Engage in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of any sporting event on which rbaajee offers betting markets.
- Collude with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market offered on rbaajee.
- Transmit or upload any viruses, malware, or malicious code to the rbaajee platform.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any rbaajee employee, agent, or other platform user through any communication channel associated with rbaajee.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or location when registering for or using the rbaajee platform.
- Conduct any transaction on the rbaajee platform that is connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
rbaajee reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these user obligations and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account and the referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may close your rbaajee account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team via the live chat function or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, rbaajee will process the closure within two (2) business days. Any available balance in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
Players who wish to close their account as part of a self-exclusion decision are encouraged to use the dedicated self-exclusion tools available in the account settings section rather than a standard account closure request, as self-exclusion carries additional protective measures. Suspension or Closure by rbaajee
rbaajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if rbaajee determines in its reasonable judgment that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
- The account has been used for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
- The account holder is or has become ineligible to hold a rbaajee account under Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions.
- Continuing to operate the account would expose rbaajee to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
In the event of account closure for cause, rbaajee reserves the right to withhold funds held in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, rbaajee may retain those funds as compensation for losses and costs incurred as a result of the breach.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbaajee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the rbaajee platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses, even if rbaajee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
rbaajee makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any particular game outcome will be free from technical malfunction. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect game result, or an incorrect payout, rbaajee reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. rbaajee's decision in such matters is final.
rbaajee accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from third-party payment processing delays, mobile network outages, or internet connectivity issues that are outside rbaajee's reasonable control. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable and secure internet connection when using the rbaajee platform.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by rbaajee's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
